Connecticut Office of Early Childhood:

As a product manager at Skylight during COVID-19, led a senior product team to launch the OEC’s website, enhance features, and train staff to integrate the site into their daily communications strategy. The website serves as OEC’s primary communication tool with child care providers, parents and advocates.

As a product management apprentice, I mapped product metrics to the full user journey and implemented Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio into a web screener tool that assesses New Yorkers’ eligibility to apply for NYC government benefits. I also assisted with generating reports for community program managers.

Cambridge Innovation Center:

As marketing lead at CIC, I proposed, designed, and launched in six months, merging five site-specific websites into one and revamping CIC’s digital brand presence. By developing and managing a task-based content strategy, we reduced website costs by 90% and increased use sessions by 60% in the first six months.
